Wayne Colin, D.M.D., M.D., Founder, and Chairman, is a Harvard trained-board certified ENT surgeon with over 30-years o surgical experience based in Lexington, Kentucky. Dr. Colin’s unique value is his domain vision & relentless focus on workflows and feature sets to ensure the development of usable and purpose-driven technology.

Jason Harris, M.D., Chief Executive Officer & Chief Medical Officer, graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in 1998. He has 14 years of surgical experience in Lexington, KY and is board certified in General Surgery. Dr. Harris is affiliated with Baptist Health Lexington and CHI Saint Joseph Hospital.

Christopher Smith, B.A., is a certified cloud architect business professional with 20+ year’s IT experience in leveraging technologies to deliver sustained business impact. Chris has worked at both startups & Fortune 100 companies such as GE in the areas of product management and software engineering to mitigate risk while delivering critical business impact.

Curtis Warfield, C.P.A., is a senior healthcare executive, who has served in C-suite & executive roles with Fortune 100 companies such as Anthem, HCA, Humana & is a board member of Texas Roadhouse. He has been Chief Financial Officer of Managed Care for (SPA) and has been profiled on the cover of Modern Healthcare and in CIO magazine.

Rick Baker, B.A., Chief Technical Officer, was the former CEO of eCorporation, Inc., a venture-backed Internet incubator that launched fourteen venture-funded Internet companies between 1999 and 2005. Former CEO of Rovion, Inc. Built the UFSPC (Unified Food Service Purchasing Coop) for YUM connecting all 37,000. Mr. Baker was a TV producer for Hammond Productions: ESPN and FOX Sports, Lifetime, Travel Channel including the weekly health & wellness series, “Feelin’ Great, for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Frank Niro, M.B.A., graduated from Cornell University and has served as hospital CEO, COO, and CFO at multiple hospitals during his 25-year career. He was appointed Executive-in-residence in the Cornell Graduate Program in Health Administration in 2011. He holds a continuing appointment on the adjunct faculty as a lecturer in business planning and strategic planning for healthcare professionals. He was selected as one of the top 25 turnaround hospital administrators in the U.S. by Healthweek magazine in 1989.

Brad Robertson, P.A., E.M.T., is a consultant/advisor to OR Link with 16 years’ experience as Orthopedic Physician’s Assistant as well as prior experience as a combat medic with the U.S. Army, paramedic and a certified BLS/ACLS instructor.

Lynne Reuter, M.H.A., M.B.A., is a seasoned OR leader with over 35 years of healthcare experience.  The last 19 has been in perioperative leadership at varied locations and supply chain consulting for a national GPO.  Most recently, she successfully navigated the collaboration of staff between two OR locations.

Tina Carlson, B.S., M.H.A., has 25+ yrs as a Certified Surgical Technologist, has authored, directed multiple projects for the education and training of peri-operative staff and peri-operative support services. She has been a Surgical Technology Program Director for 3 colleges and all required working closely with both the State and National Boards of Accreditation and Education.
